In the event of class cancellation, you may use your credit towards future classes. Just let us know in the message portion of the registration that you will be using a previous credit
Waiver:
I/my child have enrolled in dance classes at Studio 19 Dance Company. By registering below, I agree to pay all fees associated with any classes in which I have enrolled myself/my child in as per the class tuition rates.
I further understand that I/my child will be participating in a physical activity that may result in injury. I further understand that Studio 19 Dance Company is not responsible or liable for contraction of the COVID -19 virus or any other illness my student or other family members may be diagnosed with due to my participation in any dance classes at the studio. I release and discharge Studio 19 Dance Company, its owners, staff/ employees from any and all legal action/responsibilities due to injury or illness.
~All classes are for Intermediate/Advanced Level dancers unless otherwise noted on the registration form~
